EAH Law is an honest and reliable local Bahrain law firm with extensive commercial expertise, accustomed to cooperating together with regional and international law firms.

We serve a wide range of multinational corporations, financial institutions, listed and unlisted commercial companies, funds, trusts, and a variety of organizations in different stages of growth, in diverse practice areas ranging from commerce, industry, education, telecoms, hospitality, banking, and real estate, to artificial intelligence, cloud services, aviation, and digital engineering.

The Founder

Elham Ali Hassan, a renowned litigator and arbitrator, with an LLM from the University of California, Berkeley, a former ICC Court member in Paris, who is admitted to the Court of Cassation in Bahrain, established the Firm in 1992 as the Law Offices of Elham Ali Hassan. She was joined in 2006 by esteemed corporate, commercial, and banking partners who are likewise admitted to the Court of Cassation in Bahrain, Essa Jawahery (LLB (Hons), LLM, FCIArb) and the late Sara Jawahery (LLB (Hons)). The Firm renamed itself as Elham Ali Hassan & Associates (EAH Law).

Since 2006, the Partners have worked together passionately and vigorously on progressing a once specialized sole practitioner firm to a general practice Bahrain law firm, at the forefront, adhering to the highest professional standards, with a commitment to market leading client service.

Today, the Firm combines high calibre professionals, innovation, and market knowledge with client driven flexibility. The Firm strongly believes in being straightforward and easy to deal with, whilst delivering individually tailored practical and effective solutions.
