Ehab Al Sayed

Ehab Al Sayed is a senior legal consultant and a member of our litigation and arbitration team. He has been with EAH Law for over ten years having joined us in 2012 from Al Awadhi Legal & Arbitration Firm.

Ehab is licensed by the Egyptian Bar up to the Court of Cassation and adds considerable valuable knowledge to both our litigation and arbitration team. Given his robust expertise in drafting and reviewing civil and commercial contracts, Ehab is able to assist with submissions in court cases relating to civil and commercial matters, employment and labor matters, remittances, as well as real estate and lease matters.

Ehab has assisted the EAH Law partners in representing clients in cases of civil and commercial natures; and has been the lead contributor in one of the few major fraud and tort lawsuits to take place in Bahrain over the past two decades. He also advises and represents clients of EAH Law on matters of indemnification and restitution.
