Mohammed has been a key member in representation in cases before the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR).

Mohammed Wahbi joined EAH Law in 2013 as a fresh graduate and he qualified in 2015. He is a member of EAH Law’s litigation and arbitration team. Mohammed has attended to over 200 of EAH Law’s court cases since 2013 and is extremely efficient and effective in case management, attendance, presentation of witnesses before the courts, and meeting with experts appointed by the court to investigate merit of claims.

Mohammed specializes in civil, commercial, and criminal litigation, shareholder disputes, bankruptcy, local banking transactions, employment contracts, labor and family law, real estate contracts and registration, title searches, real estate conveyances, surveying, inheritance and estate planning, and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
