Sara Jawahery is a corporate partner at EAH Law with a diverse background spanning over fifteen years that includes high-profile experience in regulatory compliance and crisis management and complex corporate investigations and restructuring.

Sara’s practice provides mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate transaction services to companies operating in Bahrain and internationally with deal sizes typically exceeding USD 100 million. In addition to managing transactional and advisory services, Sara regularly contributes to research development programs for international institutions, NGOs, and Fortune 500 companies looking to enter the GCC market including the prestigious United Nations Development Program – World Bank: Doing Business in Bahrain.

Sara represents financial institutions (Wholesale Banks, Retail Banks, Investment Firms, overseas registered branches – conventional and Islamic, both publicly listed and private), industrial/manufacturing companies and professional service providers.
