Sultana Eshaq

Sultana focuses on intellectual property, companies’ law, corporate and regulatory (including Central Bank of Bahrain and Bahrain Bourse matters), engineering, property, and insurance law matters.

Sultana Eshaq is a member of EAH Law’s corporate, commercial, and banking team. Sultana participates in advising both local and international clients and she regularly assists with instructions being handled with international law firms and members of the team.

Sultana’s experience includes advising corporates on various Bahrain employment matters in relation to employment schemes, drafting contracts and settlements, reviewing and advising on work policies and procedures, managing the negotiation team with the clients’ employees with respect to lay off(s), responding to day-to-day banking and regulatory legal queries, obtaining approvals from governmental authorities, as well as partaking in merger and acquisition instructions.
